STRAWBERRY-COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 c. strawberries
1 c. frozen coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix ingredients and bake in 3 layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. strawberries
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter

Mix and spread.
