STRAWBERRY, COCONUT, PINEAPPLE
CAKE
 
Grease and flour Bundt pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour into pan. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup pecans to butter in pan.

Mix together the following:

1 box Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Pour 1/2 of the batter into pan.

Drain juice off a medium size can of pineapple. Spread the crushed pineapple on batter in pan. Pour the remaining batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (whichever comes first). Cool in pan 8 or 10 minutes. Make glaze from juice from pineapple and powdered sugar.
