ENCHILADA SOUP 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans chunk chicken
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cumin
6 tortillas, cut in strips
12 oz. Cheddar cheese

Saute onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients, except tortillas and Cheddar cheese. Simmer 1 hour. Add tortillas and Cheddar cheese.
