BLUEBERRY APPLE JAM 
1 apple
1 lemon
1 pt. blueberries
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel apple and grate into large pan. Grate yellow from lemon then squeeze juice in pan. Add blueberries and sugar. Lightly crush berries. Bring to simmer over medium high heat. Stirring constantly, skim any foam that rises to surface. Reduce heat until jam reaches sheeting.
