BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2 c. blueberries
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. flour

Cover the bottom of an 8" square pan with blueberries.

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, milk and flour together. Spread over blueberries.

Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch together; sprinkle over batter. Pour 2/3 cup boiling water over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
