2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Put cheese and vegetables in greased dish. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into cheese- vegetables. Bake until knife comes out clean, or about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
