1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add slightly beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. This will be a stiff dough. Roll on floured board and cut with cookie cutter. Bake 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
