OLD TIME TEA CAKES 
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. self rising flour
1 tbsp. ginger
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)

Mix butter, syrup (molasses), eggs, and ginger together. Add flour to make soft dough; roll out on floured surface and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
