BEEF BARBECUE 
Leftover beef roast, shredded
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. catsup
2 c. beef stock or water

Cook 2-3 hours or to 1/2 consistency. Shred beef. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Cook 10 minutes. I collect leftover beef roasts in freezer. When I have enough I make barbecue. My family love it!
