BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. flour
1 can dried Chinese noodles

Finely chop chestnuts, onions and mushrooms. Saute onions in 1 tablespoon oil. Add ground steak. Cook slowly--turning the meat until it is gray only. Add other ingredients and part of the noodles. Simmer or bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remainder of dry noodles over meat.
