MEATBALLS (NORWEGIAN) 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
Little "kitchen bouquet" for gravy

Mix all ingredients. Make balls. Simmer in boiling water several minutes. Make gravy from water. Cover meatballs with gravy. Bake about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
