BEET PICKLES 
4 c. vinegar
6 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. whole cloves
2 tsp. celery seed
Beets

Cook and peel desired amount of beets. Boil all ingredients and pour over beets that have been cut and packed in sterilized jars.
