PICANTE SAUCE AND CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. thick and chunky Picante sauce (or 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chilies)
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Heat in microwave 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir until smooth. Serve warm with plain Tostados.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
