INDIANA TAPIOCA PUDDING 
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. pearl tapioca
1 1/2 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
Chunk butter

Heat milk. Cook tapioca in water and cook until clear. Add cornmeal to tapioca and stir. Add milk, salt, brown sugar, molasses and butter. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. This recipe is very, very old.
