BROILED FILLET STRIPS WITH
FANTASTIC SAUCE
 
2 lbs. fillet of beef
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
Dash of paprika
Cayenne pepper
Pinch of basil
Pinch of tarragon, chervil, oregano, sage
2 tbsp.chopped chives
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. dry red wine
3 tbsp. Grand Marnier
3 tbsp. Drambuie

Cut fillet in strips. Blend chili sauce with all ingredients except drambuie and marnier - low heat, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, put strips under broiler. Now add 2 liquors to sauce.

Serve with noodles or rice.

Serves 4.
