1-2-3 OIL CRUST RECIPE 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. corn oil
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. sugar

Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. Blend in corn oil with fork. Sprinkle water over mixture and mix to make dough. Shape dough into ball and flatten slightly. Roll into circle between 2 (14") squares of waxed paper or wrap. Peel off top paper and place pastry in pan, paper side up and peel off. Trim pastry 1/2" beyond rim of pan. Fold under and flute.

For baked pie shell, prick pastry thoroughly. Bake at 425 to 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until light golden brown. For unbaked shell, don't prick.

Don't worry if pastry shell falls apart putting into pan. Just press it back together again, it will be okay.
