ITALIANO MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Frozen pie shell

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Add green pepper, cook 2 minutes. Stir in water, tomato paste and sauce mix. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over the bottom of pie shell. Spread 1/2 meat mixture in shell. Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella over the meat. Layer remaining meat and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.

Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella and return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
