PICNIC COLE SLAW 
1 lg. firm cabbage
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Shred the cabbage finely and add the minced green pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and toss into the cabbage. Serve well chilled.
