MARINATED COD TERIYAKI 
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry sherry
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
10 oz. cod fillets

In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger. Arrange fillets in 8x8 inch glass baking dish and pour teriyaki mixture over fillets; turn fish over to coat other side. Cover dish; refrigerate for 1 hour. Microwave marinated fillets, uncovered, on high until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
