MEXICAN PORK CHOPS 
4 to 5 pork chops
2 c. raw rice
2 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion
Grated mild Cheddar cheese

Place pork chops in small amount of oil and cook until done. Place pork chops in a casserole dish and add raw rice, water, taco seasoning and sliced onion on top. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add grated cheese and cook another 5 minutes. Be sure you cover with a lid or foil while cooking.
