NEXT BEST THING TO ROBERT

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. self rising flour
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3 sm. boxes instant pudding, any flavor
4 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip for topping
Pecans for topping

FIRST LAYER: Mix pecans, butter, flour, salt and sugar in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip and pour over crust while warm.

THIRD LAYER: Mix pudding and milk together. Put on top of second. Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
