1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix 1 can Borden's sweetened condensed milk 1 jar Mrs. Richardsons butterscotch caramel ice cream topping 8 oz. Cool Whip 3 Heath bars, crushed Bake cake as directed. Take out of oven and poke holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Pour milk in holes and cake top. Pour topping over. Frost with Cool Whip and top with Heath bars. Refrigerate. |
