BUTTER SCOTCH PIE 
1/2 c. flour (measure lightly)
1 c. Domino light brown sugar (don't substitute)
2 c. water
2 egg yolks, beaten
Pinch salt
Butter, size of walnut (1 tbsp.)

Mix altogether and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and boil 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
