1 egg
1/3 c. Heinz barbecue sauce with onions
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Mix lightly with 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. Form into a loaf in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour 1/3 cup Heinz sauce with onions over loaf and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6.
