POTATO-BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 tbsp. (each) butter, flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
16 oz. frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions; drained
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour and seasonings; add milk. Cook, stirring until bubbly. Add cheeses, stirring until melted; stir in potatoes. Turn half the mixture into 6x10 baking dish; top with cooked broccoli. Add remaining mixture; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix crumbs, remaining butter; sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes.
