Really easy and a favorite at our house! 6 center cut pork chops 1 cup Coke 1 cup ketchup (Hunts) Place the pork chops in a baking dish. Combine the coke and ketchup in a bowl and pour all over the chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F until the pork chops are done, about 50 minutes. Submitted by: Amy Stephens | |
