AUNT TERESA'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef bouillon
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can water
1/4 c. flour

Combine beef, onions, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add egg and mix together. Shape into meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter). Brown in skillet. Remove meatballs and stir flour in the skillet until brown. Add the can of bouillon and a can of water, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and begins to boil. Reduce the heat and add the meatballs. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
