CHATEAU POTATOES 
6 c. mashed potatoes
3 c. creamed cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 1/2 tsp. salt (use less)
1/8 tsp. pepper
Garlic powder to taste

Combine ingredients in mixer until smooth. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with butter and sliced almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 plus.
