ANISETTE CAKE 
2 sm. boxes of chocolate pudding
2 sm. boxes of vanilla pudding
2 pkg. anisette cookies
1 tsp. anise flavor
1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip
8 or 9 inch springform pan
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. rum flavor
1/2 gallon milk plus a little more

Place a layer of cookies on the bottom of the springform pan. In a bowl measure 1/2 cup of milk and teaspoon of vanilla flavor. Brush cookies with mixture. Cook vanilla pudding to directions on box, add teaspoon of anisette flavor mix and pour gently over cookies. Add another layer of cookies brush with milk mixture, cook chocolate pudding, add 1 teaspoon rum flavor, mix and pour gently over cookies. Place Saran Wrap on pudding while hot. Place in refrigerator when cold, add Cool Whip. When ready to serve, take ring off springform pan and cut into slices.
