LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines pudding recipe)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; set aside 1 cup. Put remaining mixture into ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Pat lightly. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over first layer. Sprinkle with leftover cake mix. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool; cut into bars.
