BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Lemon juice
Pepperidge Farm croutons
Garlic powder
Lemon pepper
Melted butter

Put pork chops on a slightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle lemon juice on each pork chop. Sprinkle crushed crouton crumbs over lemon juice. Season to taste with garlic powder and lemon pepper. Drizzle melted butter over the top of each pork chop. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check near the end of cooking time for browning.

I use Pepperidge Farms garlic and onion croutons.
