1 egg 1 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. water Little salt 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder Combine egg, oil, water; beat well. Add dry ingredients, mix well with fork. Roll dough on floured board as thinly as possible. Let dry on one side about 20 minutes. Turn and dry on the other side. Roll up and cut into strips. Let dry. Freeze, if desired. Noodles dry better if you don't use too much salt. I usually triple this recipe and divide the dough in half. I usually don't need as much flour as called for. I use some flour to roll out the noodles so they don't stick. |
