VEGETABLE SOUP MIXTURE 
2 gal. tomatoes
6 sm. onions
4 green peppers
1 1/2 c. okra, chopped
1/2 c. salt
2 hot peppers
1 qt. warm water
16 ears corn
1 c. butter beans
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Precook butter beans, then combine all the mixture except corn. Cook 20 minutes, then add corn. Cook 10 minutes longer. Add water if soup mixture is too thick.
