2/3 cup karo light corn syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 8 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate

Bring syrup and cream to boil. Take off heat and add semisweet chocolate. Beat until chocolate has melted and is creamy. This makes an excellent fruit dip.
