1 box (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter. Firmly press into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In another bowl beat cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs until smooth. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Carefully pour over cake mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
