OPEN FACED FRENCH HAMBURGER 
2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
Mustard to taste
1 loaf French bread

Mix hamburger with mustard, onions and mushrooms. Fix in long patties to fit French bread. Broil in oven until done. Butter French bread and toast in oven. Place hamburger on bread and garnish with tomatoes, lettuce and top with olive. Slice bread in individual servings.
