MARTHA'S LUNCHEON 
1 c. rice
1/2 green pepper (cubed)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can chicken rice soup
1/2 can cream style corn
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. lean pork
1/4 lb. American cheese

Brown pork. Add celery and pepper. Cook 3/4 hour. Add cooked rice and rest of the ingredients. Bake one hour in moderate oven.
