1 c. corn oil
3 lg. eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
5 med. apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips

Mix oil, eggs and sugar. Stir in flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
