VAPATA 
1 whole, boiled chicken
1 stick butter
1 whole chopped onion
1 whole chopped green pepper
1/2 can whole rotel tomatoes
1/2 can whole tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles

Melt butter, saute onion and pepper until soft. Add well mashed tomatoes and soup, heat. Add cheese and cook until it melts. Add chicken and cook noodles in chicken broth. Drain and add to chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees.
