HARVEST TARTS 
4 c. diced, unpared tart apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Do not beat. Turn into greased 8"x8"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve with whipped cream.
