CRANBERRY TART CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raw cranberries, whole
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. walnuts
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 orange rinds, grated

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE:

1 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar

Mix together. Pour over hot cake.
