SWISS ROAST | |
1 (3-4 lb.) eye of round roast 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Flour, salt and pepper roast and brown with Pam in skillet. Add finely chopped onions and simmer until onions are soft. Place in roasting pan and add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Sauce will thicken. |
