1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
1 can onion soup
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix. Shape into steaks. Brown and then place in casserole. Bake in slow oven about 1 1/2 hours.
