TACO IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. McCormick Schilling taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 12 inches. Cook and stir beef, onions until brown. Drain, stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate, top with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds, in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into plate - bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese if desired. Serves 6-8.
