RITZ CHIX CASSEROLE 
1 sm. chicken or 4 breasts, cooked
1 lg. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 sticks melted butter
3 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed

Combine sour cream, soup and chicken broth; set aside. Toss together melted butter and crushed crackers. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/2 of cracker mixture on bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Top with chicken (broken into bite size pieces). Put cream mixture on top of chicken. Complete casserole with remaining crackers. Cook, uncovered 1/2 hour or until heated through.
