RITA'S CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 sm. can condensed milk
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix the above ingredients until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

Beat egg yolks. Add several spoons of chocolate mixture to egg yolks, stirring after each spoonful. Then add this egg yolk mixture to the pan of pie filling. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until it thickens. Remove from heat.

Add: 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring

Mix well. Pour into a 9 inch baked shell. Beat egg whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until firm. Spread over pie. Bake at 325 degrees.
