SPUMONI JELLO MOLD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello (Kosher)
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1 pkg. black cherry Jello plus 1 c. hot water
1 pkg. lime Jello plus 1 c. hot water

Make black cherry and lime Jello separately in square shallow pans. Chill until firm and then cube with a sharp knife. Remove the cubes with a spatula.

Prepare lemon Jello with hot and cold water; chill until almost set. Whip sour cream and add to lemon Jello. Add the rest of the ingredients. Then add cubed Jello. Pour into a large mold and chill.
