1 pkg. Angel Food cake mix
2 c. coconut
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon extract

Combine cake mix and coconut in a bowl. Mix together egg, melted butter, water and lemon flavoring; then fold into first mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 48 macaroons.
