CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Put 1 vanilla wafer into the bottom of a cupcake foil. Put 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture over cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

When cool, top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
