PAPA'S BOILED HAMBURGERS 
1/2 c. water
2 or 3 slices of loaf bread
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. ground chuck
Chopped onions
Dash of chili powder

In a saucepan place the loaf bread and add water. Let it get very soggy. Put ground chuck in and add onions, pepper, salt and chili powder. Keep stirring on medium heat. Takes about 15 minutes after it starts cooking for it to brown. Place on hot dog buns and you can top it off with a can of Bunker Hill chili if desired.
